Hand-Selected by Judy Gula in Indonesia
This exquisite handwoven ikat fabric was personally hand-selected by Artistic Artifacts owner Judy Gula during her travels through Indonesia. Ikat is one of the world’s oldest and most revered textile traditions — each length of fabric is dyed using a resist-dyeing technique applied to the threads before weaving, creating the characteristic soft-edged, painterly patterns that make every piece unique. The delicate butterfly motif on this piece is a beautiful example of the intricate artistry that Indonesian weavers bring to their craft.
