Learn to use your Series 5 or Series 7 model to its fullest extent in this class, designed to familiarize you step-by-step with the operation of your BERNINA sewing machine. Models includes are the B535, B570 and B590 or the B735, B770QE PLUS, B790 PLUS and B790 PRO. Our goal is to empower you to make the most of your machine so you can truly embrace your creativity and have fun along the way! During class, attendees will learn the features and functions of these Swiss engineered machines and all the parts that came with it; useful information about fabric, needles, thread and BERNINA presser feet, and explore exciting techniques and stitches. We also recommend you bookmark the BERNINA Mastery Workbook; you do not need to print it, but save it — it is very helpful in learning your machine and includes video links that can assist you. About the Instructor: Andy is a self-taught sewist who specializes in quilting. His preferred technique is serger quilting, and he possesses expertise in longarm quilting, machine embroidery, home décor sewing, and garment construction. Andy is dedicated to fostering confidence through practice and is passionate about guiding students of all levels to develop their sewing abilities and helping them unleash their creativity. A veteran of the Air Force and a committed Scout volunteer, Andy enjoys traveling, digital photography, and playing cribbage when he is not teaching.
